1. If a traveler wishes, he can perform a full prayer without reading Qasr?
Answer: No, since according to Islamic Shari’ah, the traveler has to pay kashar, so if the traveler wants to perform 4 rak’ats of the obligatory prayer without performing two rak’ats, it will not be performed, but he will have to pay kashar again.

2. When to read Qachar (prayer)?
Answer: If a person leaves for a stay of less than 15 days at a distance of 48 miles (about 78 km) from his place, then he is called Musafir. When the person is on a journey, the obligatory prayers of 4 rakats (Zohr, Asr and Isha) will be shortened to 2 rakats. Of course, if the imam is praying in congregation, then he will pray full 4 rakats, and if the imam is a traveler, then he will pray two rakats in congregation.

3. Is Surah Fatiha required to be recited while praying behind the imam?
Answer: This matter is controversial. According to Ahl al-Hadith claimants, Surah Fatiha should be recited while praying behind the imam. However, according to the followers of the Hanafi madhhab, since the imam’s qirat is the moqtadi’s qirat, just as Surah Fatiha does not need to be recited, it is also not necessary to mix other surahs in the first two rak’ahs.

4. If you pray sitting on a chair, will you pray or not?
Answer: Standing in prayer is obligatory. If you are not able to pray standing up due to illness, you will be able to pray if you pray sitting; And if it is not possible to pray while sitting, even if you pray while lying down with eye gestures, the prayer will be performed inshAllah. Therefore, it is better not to pray sitting on a chair, however, if someone wants to do it, a chair can be used for sunnah and nafal prayers other than farz and wajib.

5. If you pay zakat without calculating the full amount of wealth, will it be obligatory or not?
Answer: The prerequisite for paying Zakat is to calculate the wealth. Zakat will not be collected even if you pay more than the Nisaab without calculating the wealth. Therefore, in order to avoid the punishment of hell, the wealthy must pay zakat every lunar year (Hijri year). It should be noted that it is not a condition to give Zakat on the same date or in the same month every year, but you should determine a date and pay it before or after that date.
